Athena was founded in Istanbul fifteen years ago as an enterprise software and digital transformation company. For over a decade, we delivered complex technology programmes for organisations across Turkey and the region — building deep expertise in enterprise systems, process architecture, and large-scale technology change.
When production-ready AI arrived, we saw something different from most technology companies: not a new product to sell, but a new question to answer. The question was not "which AI tool should enterprises adopt?" It was "how does an enterprise actually redesign itself to operate in the AI era?" That question required a fundamentally different kind of company.
We made a deliberate decision to rebuild. Not to add AI services to what we already did — but to redirect fifteen years of enterprise delivery experience into a single, focused capability: helping organisations design and implement an AI-native operating model.
Athena is now structured entirely around this challenge. Our methodology, service portfolio, team roles, and engagement model are all built for one purpose. We are deliberately building our first AI transformation engagements with a small number of organisations who are ready to move seriously — not experimentally.
